Aligned Management Program

This holistic training and development program consists of seminars, workshops, a matrix for strategic planning, visioning, program design, plus specialized leader support coaching, wholistic meeting facilitation, and mentoring services.

The Aligned Management Series includes courses that introduce, utilize, and teach participants to use innovative techniques. The Conscious Alignment Model provides a graphic depiction of conscious individuals and how they relate within their organizations.
